About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing who can bring direct Tier-1 client relationships and drive client acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing sales, client relationship management, and proven success in building long-term partnerships with direct clients and MSPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage Tier-1 direct clients / MSPs for US IT staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Understand client requirements and work with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and business terms with clients.
- Achieve revenue and closure targets consistently.
- Track market trends, competitor analysis, and generate new opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–20 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Must have established Tier-1 client relationships (Direct Clients / MSPs).
- Strong understanding of US hiring processes, compliance, and contracts (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (remote/WFH role).
- Must be target-driven with a proven track record of closures and revenue generation.
