We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth while working remotely with occasional client visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular interactions.
  • Present and pitch digital marketing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 2x of monthly salary).
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales/business development.
  • Must own a laptop for remote working.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-based salary structure.
  • Incentives: Earn up to 20% on successful sales.
  • Condition: Candidate must achieve 2x sales of their monthly salary.
