Amore Learning is dedicated to delivering high-quality education that empowers students to excel academically and personally. As we expand to the next level, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth and admissions initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and enrollments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and partner organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote courses.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition and trends in the education sector.
  • Organize events, workshops, and seminars to increase visibility of Amore Learning.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on admissions, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales/admissions targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in education/training).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/marketing tools.
