Role Summary :

Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will drive sales growth in the Bangalore territory under the Sales_Dextra division. The role involves direct field selling, customer engagement, and territory planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement territory sales plan to meet targets
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, surgeons, buying committees
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales deals
  • Feedback market intelligence, competitor actions, customer needs
  • Coordinate with distributor / channel partners to maximize reach
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecast
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, CPD programs
  • Manage customer escalations and service coordination

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree (Science / Engineering / Business)
  • 2-5 years of experience in medical device / healthcare sales (territory role)
  • Proven track record in hospital / institutional sales
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of medical applications

  • Territory sales revenue / growth
  • Number of new accounts / conversions
  • Market penetration / share
  • Average deal size and margin
  • Pipeline health and closure rate

Reporting & Stakeholders :

  • Reports to Area / Regional Manager
