Role Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager will drive sales growth, expand the applicator and consultant network, and manage project sales in Karnataka. Based in Bangalore, the role involves strategic planning, field engagement, and technical support to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth and market penetration.
· Onboard new applicators, consultants, and influencers to expand the customer base.
· Generate leads through site visits, industry networks, and stakeholder engagement.
· Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for clients and partners.
· Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including site inspections and issue resolution.
· Promote products across Direct Projects, Government, Industrial, and Commercial segments.
· Maintain sales reports, track progress, and ensure timely payment collections.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 3–6 years of experience in waterproofing, flooring, or construction chemicals sales.
· Strong technical knowledge and on-site problem-solving skills.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently or in a team.
· Willingness to travel frequently across Karnataka and South India.
