Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client relationship from lead generation and onboarding to delivery and retention.
  • Drive new sales by pitching Jobs Territorys recruitment and RaaS services to prospective clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to meet monthly sales and client success targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, CXOs).
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Prepare and present performance, revenue, and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous team handling experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Open to women returnees looking to restart their careers in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
  • Must be comfortable working full-time from our Bengaluru office.
