
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client relationship from lead generation and onboarding to delivery and retention.
- Drive new sales by pitching Jobs Territorys recruitment and RaaS services to prospective clients.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a small team to meet monthly sales and client success targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, CXOs).
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare and present performance, revenue, and pipeline reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous team handling experience preferred.
- Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
- Open to women returnees looking to restart their careers in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our Bengaluru office.
