Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, training and supporting sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and support sales teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare or audiology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
