Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (Solar & HP) located in Bengaluru. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Solar & HP sales within assigned territories, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving product awareness and preference. Day-to-day tasks include sales planning, executing sales strategies, customer service, training team members, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role requires regular interaction with clients, addressing their needs, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets of given territory
  • Collection of outstanding due from Institution Customers/DSA.
  • To attending to problems regarding Service, Invoice, etc.,
  • To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.
  • Responsible for arranging product display at his DSA (Solar) outlets, also to display POP materials
  • To Contact different Institutions (Hotels, Hospitals, Bungalows, Apartments/Serviced Apartments) for Project Orders.
  • To meet Consultants/Architects/ Builders to introduce our Products & to create awareness for Projects Sales.
  • Experience in the Solar, Building Material, Paint industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
