### *Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and engage with potential clients to promote *Jobs Territory's recruitment solutions*.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with *HR leaders, founders, and business heads*.
* Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly billing targets through new client acquisitions and account management.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication in CRM.
