**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus and food preparation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared to high-quality standards.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure consistent supply levels.
- Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of equipment.
- Train, coach, and evaluate kitchen team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Step in and lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Contribute to menu development and cost control measures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
