**Job Description: Modern Trade Area Sales Manager (Sanitary Pads)**

Location: Bangalore

Experience**:3-5 years in Modern Trade Sales (Sanitary Pads/Hygiene/FMCG industry)**

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Modern Trade channel targets.

Build relationships with key accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and pharmacies.

Negotiate agreements for product placement, promotions, and pricing with retailers.

Drive growth through effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.

Ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment at outlets.

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

Train and manage sales teams to optimize store-level execution.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in the **hygiene/FMCG industry**, preferably in sanitary pads or related products.

Strong understanding of Modern Trade dynamics.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work with sales analytics and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
