JOB SUMMARY

Job Overview

As Regional Sales Training Manager at Abbott, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales training programs to drive business growth and improve sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and deliver engaging training content, and measure the effectiveness of our sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales training programs for field staff in collaboration with Regional Medical Advisors and Business HR
  2. Generate sales force assessment reports to identify areas for improvement
  3. Design and deliver induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
  4. Continuously evaluate and update training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  5. Collaborate with National Sales Training Manager to maintain a high level of field working days
  6. Identify and address specific training needs for field staff within the region
  7. Adopt markets to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  8. Field coaching and imparting specialist KOL management knowledge to field staff
  9. Drive SFE at the region level by training field staff on key SFE metrics
  10. Provide feedback on performance and talent management of sales professionals
  11. Align regional sales training objectives with national sales training objectives
  12. Drive improvements in personal and team performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Graduate
  • Education Level: Graduate
  • Major/Field of Study: Science, pharmaceuticals/nutrition

Minimum Work Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
