Regional Sales Training Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Job Overview
As Regional Sales Training Manager at Abbott, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales training programs to drive business growth and improve sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and deliver engaging training content, and measure the effectiveness of our sales enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training programs for field staff in collaboration with Regional Medical Advisors and Business HR
- Generate sales force assessment reports to identify areas for improvement
- Design and deliver induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
- Continuously evaluate and update training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with National Sales Training Manager to maintain a high level of field working days
- Identify and address specific training needs for field staff within the region
- Adopt markets to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Field coaching and imparting specialist KOL management knowledge to field staff
- Drive SFE at the region level by training field staff on key SFE metrics
- Provide feedback on performance and talent management of sales professionals
- Align regional sales training objectives with national sales training objectives
- Drive improvements in personal and team performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Graduate
- Education Level: Graduate
- Major/Field of Study: Science, pharmaceuticals/nutrition
Minimum Work Experience
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
