Regional Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales and distribution experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Identify and onboard new distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach.
Salary Range: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
