Job Summary

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, and building a high-performing team in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to enhance team productivity.
- Identify and onboard new distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and partners.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channels to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and design effective strategies.
- Ensure a strong presence in the region by implementing local marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries and grievances promptly, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales and distribution, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory environment is a plus.
