About the CompanySilver Pumps & Motors is a leader in manufacturing and distributing premium quality pumps and motors.
The company has a strong presence in the smart farming sector and is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead operations in West Bengal.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and activities.
- Ensure effective distribution channel management, including onboarding and training new channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Provide insights to the State Head for strategy refinement and regional growth.
- Education: BE/B.Tech/Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales management, preferably in the smart farming, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Age: 28 to 35 years (preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record in sales management.
