Job Title: Sales Director for Regional Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to lead our regional market expansion efforts.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and drive growth in the Electron Microscopy, XPS /XRD sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, collaborating with the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine regional sales targets and develop effective plans to reach them
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
  • Develop and nurture strong connections with key customers and industry leaders
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to ensure their success
  • Maintain market awareness and competitor intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
  • Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Electron Microscopy, XPS /XRD sector
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious and driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
  • Fluent in English and local language
