Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at Shyam Future Tech located in Kolkata. The Sales Director will be responsible for sales operations, account management, sales management, business development, and overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating large deals, and ensuring effective sales processes are in place.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful as a Sales Director, you will need:
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in the IT industry or related fields
