We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our channel growth initiatives in West Bengal. This role will be responsible for driving revenue market share by increasing retail width and product availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in team management and relationship building. They will be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing productivity of channel partners and distributors
  • Driving basic distribution parameters, such as ROI of distributors and retailers
  • Gathering and monitoring competition plans and policies
  • Proposing requirements to push for better visibility in the territory

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the product and market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
