Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Channel Sales Lead to join our team at Jio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by increasing retail width and product availability in the West Bengal region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sim activations at retail outlets to meet targets
- Manage productivity of channel partners and distributors
- Train field sales executives with distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain adequate stock levels with distributors and retailers
Requirements:
- Graduation and MBA preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in sales or channel management
