Senior Sales Director

As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing business relationships in the Eastern Region. Your primary objective will be to enhance outside sales performance by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales & Business Development operations for the Eastern Region, including Bangladesh.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants, Channel partners, and appoint new prospective partners in the region.
- Participate in bid responses, negotiate with potential customers, and prospect for new business opportunities.
- Develop new customer contact leads as part of business development activities.
- Build personal relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows to increase visibility and potentially influence prospects.
The purpose of this role is to establish relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and suggest products or services that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for sales forecasting, securing orders through continuous follow-ups, and supporting business development activities within defined customer segments to align with the company's business strategy.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech. preferred) with 7+ years of Channel Sales experience in the Fire Alarm Industry.
- In-depth understanding of the assigned market and technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
- High level of travel within the region is required.
- Able to translate multiple customer/ regional requirements through internal processes and functions.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to understand contractual language.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to listen to customers and communicate effectively with multiple functional teams.
