Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to oversee and support our inside sales representative team at A One Advisory.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, with experience in monitoring sales metrics and managing entire sales processes. Additionally, they should possess excellent leadership skills to motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various professionals to drive business growth.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree with good academic records.
- 6-7 years' prior industry experience.
- Proven experience in outbound/tele sales process.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for at least 4 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other regional languages (Hindi, Bengali).
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A One Advisory offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
