We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Domestic Sales Strategy to lead our inside sales team at A One Advisory.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to take on a leadership role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales metrics, and collaborating with various professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve specific goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales
  • 6-7 years' prior industry experience in sales leadership or management
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
