Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales and revenue targets.

- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet objectives.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to enhance team productivity.

Channel Development:

- Identify and onboard new distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and partners.

- Strengthen relationships with existing channels to maximize business opportunities.

Market Development:

- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and design effective strategies.

- Ensure a strong presence in the region by implementing local marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach.

- Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
