Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to support the company's interests in the Eastern Region. With a strong background in channel sales and a deep understanding of the fire alarm industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing business relationships with customers.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Manage Sales & Business Development operations for the Eastern Region, including Bangladesh.
  • Closely work with Consultants, Channel partners, and identify new prospective partners in the region.
  • Prospect bid opportunities, participate in bid response preparation, and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Develop new customer contact leads as part of the business development activity.
  • Develop personal customer relationships to influence opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows to increase visibility and potentially influence prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech preferred) with 7+ years of channel sales experience in the fire alarm industry. A deep understanding of the assigned market and technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems are essential. The role requires high-level travel within the region and strong negotiation skills, ability to understand contractual language, and excellent communication skills.
