Job Title: Strategic Relationship Development Manager

A key role for multiple locations: Pune, ROMG, Kolkata, and Rest of East. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in PMS, AIF, Sales Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting to the National Sales Head
  2. Designation based on total work experience
  3. Qualification: Graduation / PG (preferably Sales, Finance, Marketing)
  4. Background: From an AMC only (MF, AMC or PMS, AIF, Distribution)
Main Objectives:

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with national distributors, banks, and direct clients to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
  • Planning and implementing targeted promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility at both the investor and distributor levels.
  • Strengthening distribution channels by providing essential training, including technical and soft skills, to ensure effective outreach and support.
  • Ensuring seamless branch operations with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Selling Portfolio Management Services (PMS) products to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and providing investment advisory services across different segments.
  • Maintaining relationships with key intermediaries and onboard/training Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to generate business across the region.
