Strategic Relationship Development Manager

We are a boutique asset manager focused on delivering alpha in listed Indian equities, managing INR 32,200 Crs. Our team is highly experienced and dedicated to generating returns through disciplined processes.
Job Title: Strategic Relationship Development ManagerA key role for multiple locations: Pune, ROMG, Kolkata, and Rest of East. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in PMS, AIF, Sales Distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the National Sales Head
- Designation based on total work experience
- Qualification: Graduation / PG (preferably Sales, Finance, Marketing)
- Background: From an AMC only (MF, AMC or PMS, AIF, Distribution)
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with national distributors, banks, and direct clients to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Planning and implementing targeted promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility at both the investor and distributor levels.
- Strengthening distribution channels by providing essential training, including technical and soft skills, to ensure effective outreach and support.
- Ensuring seamless branch operations with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Selling Portfolio Management Services (PMS) products to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and providing investment advisory services across different segments.
- Maintaining relationships with key intermediaries and onboard/training Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to generate business across the region.
Mandatory courses for this role include NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors.
