Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Client Partnerships Manager to join our team at Cholamandalam Securities Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their investment goals, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

About the Role

  • You will be working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our investment products and services, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  • You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to clients.
  • You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving growth in our client base.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and growing client base.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is approximately ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
