As a key member of the Amazon Seller Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. With a strong focus on sales and customer relationships, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing ones.

About the Role

This dynamic position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in sales, business development, and relationship management. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing agreements with partners.
  • Developing and executing strategies to build long-term, successful partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and expand Amazon's market presence.

In this fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you will work closely with senior executives to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship-building will enable you to successfully drive partnership growth and contribute significantly to Amazon's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior executives at partner agencies to drive partnership growth and achieve results for Amazon Seller Services.
  • Developing and managing processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
  • Tracking and monitoring performance metrics to measure and manage partner output efficiency.

You will also be responsible for creating and executing formal strategies to work with new and existing partners, identifying key success drivers for accelerating partner growth, and implementing processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience closing sales and generating revenue.

Prior experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software is highly desirable, as well as the ability to influence C-level executives.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Amazon offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
