Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Institutional Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts in the institutional market. As an Institutional Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the institutional market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, and other foodservice providers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
To be successful as an Institutional Sales Strategist at Flurys Beverages, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- 3-4 years of experience in large or medium institutional sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and local language
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around ₹10 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
