About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Sales team in Kolkata. As a Chief Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base in North India. Your primary goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Expand outreach to enterprise clients in retail, distribution, e-commerce, and allied segments
- Meet with clients, present, and propose Ginesys One's suite of software solutions to drive business growth
- Validate client requirements, demonstrate products, and document RFIs
- Negotiate sales agreements, clarify SaaS terms, and maintain CRM hygiene
- Coordinate post-sales briefings and collaborate with the Project Implementation team
- Manage enterprise accounts for a year, ensuring consistent growth and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and showcase leadership through various activities
- Capture the best-fit clientele across North India
- Share market insights with regional, national business teams, and marketing teams
- Pursue excellence, pushing boundaries beyond targets
Your Profile
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in ERP sales
- Proven expertise in sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to build strong relationships with clients
