We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at mPokket.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional hiring results across all levels, including junior, mid-level, and senior positions in various corporate functions such as Customer Experience, Technology, Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs efficiently.
  • Lead and coordinate bulk hiring initiatives to ensure timely filling of critical positions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand their hiring requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 12-15 talent acquisition professionals, promoting a culture of performance, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring agility in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, referrals, and effective use of multiple recruiting channels.
  • Cultivate a strong professional network to tap into passive talent and build relationships with top industry professionals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring across levels in corporate functions such as Technology, Product, Data & Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and more.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in hiring Leadership & CXO roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage bulk hiring initiatives and meet hiring targets.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams, preferably in the Fintech or high-growth sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional networking skills with the ability to engage and attract passive talent.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
