We are well-equipped to meet a wide range of IT & ITIS training needs across various domains, from foundational to advanced levels.
Critical Role: As Sr. Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our reach in the market.
About You: A highly motivated and result-driven individual with a strong background in corporate sales. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. Your ability to work independently as an end-to-end sales contributor is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies.
- Acquire new clients by leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills and building strong relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Negotiation Skills: With an average annual revenue handle of over ₹2 Cr, you should have a proven track record of successful client acquisitions and relationship management. Knowledge of digital marketing would be an added advantage.
Location: Based out of Chennai or Bangalore, you will be working closely with our team to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
Salary: The salary for this position is commensurate with your profile and experience, but expect ₹12-15 Lakhs per annum.
