Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in India.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, or Ahmedabad.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Sales and a strong understanding of the corporate sales environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed territory corporate sales plan that meets sales turnover and adds on forex revenue.
  • The role involves building and maintaining relationships with small, mid, and large corporates, identifying business opportunities, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build trust and rapport with clients, and possess excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed territory corporate sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and provide solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
