**Senior Business Development Executive - Corporate Real Estate**

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive at Address Advisors, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies to drive expansion in the Corporate Real Estate sector. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in the Corporate Real Estate sector.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development or sales. Strong understanding of the Corporate Real Estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
