Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is a leading financial services company with a strong presence in the Indian market. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Relations Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth in corporate sales revenue. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in corporate sales revenue
- Bld and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to identify new business opportunities
- Drive sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve minimum of 10 Crore corporate business turnover from Travel Card & Currency Sales
- Participate in events and corporate pre-departure meetings to promote MFL forex products and services
- Onboard at least 4 new corporate entities every month and ensure business growth
- Conduct a minimum of 2 workplace activities per quarter to enhance MFL product availability to corporate employees
- Directly manage at least 10 corporate key accounts on a monthly basis and onboard new accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Sales
- Strong understanding of MFL forex products and services
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
