About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Professional to drive business growth and revenue from the Steel & Iron Industry. This key role requires a deep understanding of the procurement cycles, market trends, and client needs within this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Steel, Iron & Manufacturing Industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including pitching, negotiating, and signing agreements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for the specific needs of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Iron, Steel & Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, market trends, and client needs within the Iron, Steel & Manufacturing Industry.
