About the Role: As a full-time on-site Talent Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the organizational capabilities of our manufacturing organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic learning initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
  • At least 8-12 years of progressive experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Strong Learning and Development expertise, including career pathing and talent pipeline development
  • Proven HRBP experience with excellent employee relations skills
  • Familiarity with global HRMS systems and Office suite proficiency
  • Advanced project management capability for complex program implementations
  • Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching, delegation, and leadership
  • Effective prioritization and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to assess and communicate risks effectively
