Senior Business Development Manager

CapTalent HR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in various industries and sectors, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, hiring managers, and key stakeholders while driving revenue growth.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  5. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.
  8. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.
  9. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
