Strategic Business Development Manager

At CapTalent HR, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled NON-IT Recruitment Specialist to lead our lateral hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and completing client requirements by delegating work effectively.
The successful individual will also be expected to coordinate with team members, create a systematic process, and maintain database & tracker sheets to develop the pipeline and business opportunities.
We are offering a competitive salary of ₹12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience) for this role, considering the high demand for talent in the Chennai market.
Key Responsibilities:
- To receive & complete the client requirements of Lateral Hiring by delegating the work
- To Coordinate with the team members and create a systematic process
- To Maintain Database & Tracker sheets to develop the pipeline and develop the business
- To be able to complete the clients requirements within the said timings/dates
- Should use innovative and attractive strategies to increase business opportunities and build a healthy team
- Should take strategic measures in identifying the right talents for within Company & for Clients
