Role Overview

As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Prov HR Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned regions. Your key objective is to develop a strong client base and generate revenue through sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with local authorities, builders, and developers to ensure business continuity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Multiple branch handling experience with a minimum team size of 50 sales team members.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable home-loan business and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to drive business success.
