About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Professional to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive attitude.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
  • Answering queries about products or the company in a professional manner
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Generating and scheduling promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team
  • Leads follow-up and converting leads to site visits
  • Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Maintaining records of calls and sales and noting useful information
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
  • Email communication with customers and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with good communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • The ability to commute or relocate to Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu (required)
  • Fluent English is a must; Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (preferred) for effective liaison with stakeholders
