Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Medtronic.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving growth through the sale of innovative surgical products.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of biomedical engineering principles and excellent interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Science or BE in Biomedical Engineering is required, with a PG degree in Business Management preferred. Exceptional computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is also essential.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving secondary sales targets through effective sales calls, product demonstrations, and proactive evaluations
- Managing accounts and driving sales targets for assigned Class of Trade (COT)
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical associations
- Organizing marketing activities and CMEs to support sales efforts
