Enterprise Sales Professional

A2ZHIRE is seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to drive growth and success in the IT software and hardware industry. With a strong background in sales and a passion for technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conducting needs assessments and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of A2ZHIRE's IT software and hardware offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing skills, ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
