Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly experienced Inside Sales Manager with 10+ years of expertise in IT Consulting and Software Services Sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technology Services including Azure and AWS, as well as Application Development, Modernization, and Data and Gen AI Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the inside sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets, particularly within the IT Solutions and Services domain.
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers, particularly in Microsoft Services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Cloud Services.
- Leverage an established network within the IT industry to boost sales efforts and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with teams in Cloud and Managed Services and Technology Integrated Services to deliver cohesive sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the inside sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless approach to business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our employee benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, flexible paid time off, and a range of other perks.
