In line with our global growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director for International Expansion to join our Chennai office. This role will require close collaboration with our Director of Telesales to establish and drive sales strategies across key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for international expansion, focusing on key regions such as the US, AUS/NZ, and the UK.
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in these regions, working closely with the Director of Telesales to ensure effective execution.
  • To drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
  • To analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • To provide regular updates on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
  • To support the Director of Telesales in all activities and projects, contributing to the development of strategic plans and providing insights to senior stakeholders.
  • To lead a high-performing team of sales agents, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • A successful background in sales leadership, preferably in the technology sector, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve significant results, including identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
