About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our US market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the B2B and D2E markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the US market, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key players.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in expanding market share.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and D2E markets, including key players, trends, and competitors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
