Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Sales Director with 10+ years of expertise in IT Consulting and Software Services Sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technology Services including Azure and AWS, as well as Application Development, Modernization, and Data and Gen AI Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets, particularly within the IT Solutions and Services domain.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers, particularly in Microsoft Services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Cloud Services.
  • Leverage an established network within the IT industry to boost sales efforts and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams in Cloud and Managed Services and Technology Integrated Services to deliver cohesive sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless approach to business growth.
  • Monitor team performance, implementing necessary improvements to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for achieving results. The ideal candidate will have:

Skillset:

  • Strong understanding of fundamental Technologies such as Open Platforms, MS, Cloud Computing, Account Management, Customer Facing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, including analytics platforms.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance coverage for employee and family members, earned leave encashment every year, and gratuity.
