Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Indian market. As an Automobile Industry Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with existing and new customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product presentations, introductions, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products
  • Collaborate with internal resources to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to secure sales
  • Act as a liaison between sales and factory teams to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Provide technical support and training to customers to increase satisfaction
  • Maintain awareness of competitor's products and pricing in the target market

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer services in the Automobile industry
  • Experience in project management or solution consulting is preferred
  • Knowledge of PLM-related software sales or post-sales is preferred
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development, and improvement
  • Ability to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
  • Cooperative and team-oriented personality with high motivation
  • Fluent in English

Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in CAE, CAD (Simulations) is favorable
  • Strong negotiating skills and strategic mindset
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on domestic and foreign business trips

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

Location:

This role is based in India and requires frequent travel within the country and possibly abroad.
