**About the Role:** Inside Sales Leadership Position

HexaCorp Technical Services is a leading provider of technology solutions and services, dedicated to transforming businesses through cutting-edge innovation. With a presence in both the US and India, we specialize in Application Development & Modernization, Cloud Solutions, and Data Services.

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Leader with 10+ years of expertise in IT Consulting and Software Services Sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technology Services including Azure and AWS, as well as Application Development, Modernization, and Data and Gen AI Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets, particularly within the IT Solutions and Services domain.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing customers, particularly in Microsoft Services, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Cloud Services.
  • Leverage an established network within the IT industry to boost sales efforts and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, including analytics platforms.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
