Job Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as Head of Sales Operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Oversee the generation and qualification of inbound leads.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team, focusing on achieving both individual and team targets.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the sales team.
Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing an inside sales team.
- Experience in the software services industry is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
