We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Business Developer to join our team at Movate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Inside Sales/Lead Gen operations, focusing on selling and setting meetings with key decision-makers.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with sales teams to articulate Movate's services and solutions, positioning us as a leader in the market. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and meet personal KRA targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted sales plans and pitches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with IT technologies and industry challenges
